On-line registration is no longer possible. However, you can still come to the conference and pay cash on the spot. Payment after the conference is not possible.

On-site payment is possible by one of the following methods:

• Cash in EURO
• PIN payment (only Dutch payment cards)

Full-time students get a discount on the conference price (not the tutorial price). You need to show your student id when registering.

Tutorial registration fees include:

• Admission to the tutorials you select
• Printed tutorial materials for your courses
• Admission to the Internet Access Room
• Admission to the vendor exhibition
• Lunch

Conference registration fees include:

• Admission to all technical sessions on both days
• Copy of conference proceedings
• Admission to the vendor exhibition
• Admission to the Internet Access Room
• Admission to the social event
• Lunch

Social event

This great event will take place Saturday evening (November 16, 2002).
The conference fees (not the tutorial fees) include admission to the social event.

Costs for people who want to attend the social event only are EUR 65.

Cancellation policy

If you must cancel, all refund requests must be in writing with a signature, and postmarked no later than October 30, 2002. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after October 30, 2002. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. You may substitute another person in your place. Mail the conference office for details: <info@eurobsdcon2002.org>
